Indexer Version History:

v1.3 Released 6/23/14

* Updated the phidget21.jar file to work with the recent changed made by Phidgets.
* Tested on Mac OSX 10.9.3, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows XP.

v1.3beta for Mac Released 5/30/14

* Added beta support for a Phidgets 1067 driver board.
* Updated the phidget21.jar file to work with the recent changed made by Phidgets.

v1.2 Released 2/14/12

* Added support for a Phidgets 1063 driver board in addition to the 1062 board.
* Added preferences for setting the current (required on the 1063 board).
* Added preferences for setting the acceleration.
* The speed slider sets the speed of rotation (not just for manual CCW and CW controls). This allows the user to set a slower speed for cutting while rotating between index points.

v1.1 Released 8/28/11

* Added a button to "Fill All" holes in a wheel.
* Control buttons are disabled until the user hits the "Engage" button.
* The hole at the arrow is highlighted with a larger font and blue color.
* Every time the wheel goes past zero, it rings a bell (like the carriage return on an old typewriter). This seemed like a better choice than a pop-up message that requires the user to acknowledge.
* Added new menu items under the "File" menu for "New File..." and for "Revert to Saved File".
* On startup, the user is prompted to either create a new file or open an existing file.
* Default names for the index wheels are "Index__" where __ is the number of holes. This is for new files only. I've included default wheels with 14, 20, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 holes.
* Provided an easy way to delete extra wheels in any given file: right-click -> Delete.
* Probably some other things that I've added/modified and forgot to mention.
